A reputable textile company in Osijek is seeking a skilled and experienced Seamstress to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, excellent sewing skills and a strong understanding of garment construction. As a Seamstress, you will be responsible for creating high-quality garments according to design specifications. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1700$, and we are open to candidates of all nationalities.

Key Responsibilities:
- Measure and cut fabric according to design specifications
- Operate industrial sewing machines to assemble garments
- Ensure all finished garments meet quality standards
- Perform alterations and repairs as needed
- Collaborate with designers and pattern makers on garment construction
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Adhere to production timelines and meet deadlines

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Seamstress or similar role
- Skilled in sewing techniques such as hemming, stitching, and buttonholes
- Familiarity with industrial sewing machines and equipment
- Ability to read and interpret design specifications
- Attention to detail and quality control
- Good time management skills and ability to work under pressure
- Excellent communication skills in English (Nepali is a plus)
- Must be able to provide own transportation to Osijek
