Reference Librarian
Location: St. Petersburg, Russia

We are hiring a reference librarian to join our team and help us provide excellent information services to our library patrons. As a reference librarian, you will be responsible for assisting patrons with their research needs, answering reference questions, and providing guidance on how to access library resources. The ideal candidate should have a strong knowledge of library databases and information sources, as well as excellent customer service skills. This is a full-time position with a salary of $1000 per month.

Responsibilities:
- Assist patrons in locating and using library resources
- Answer reference questions in person, by phone, and via email
- Teach patrons how to access information through the library's databases and online catalog
- Develop and maintain subject-specific research guides
- Participate in collection development by selecting materials for purchase
- Provide instruction on information literacy skills to library users
- Collaborate with other librarians on special projects and events

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Library Science or related field (Master's degree preferred)
- Minimum of 2 years experience working in a library or related setting
- Fluent in English (knowledge of Nepali language is a plus)
- Strong knowledge of library databases and electronic resources
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Must have own visa to work in Russia
