We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to join our team in St-Petersburg, Russia. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to increase revenue and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales plans to achieve company targets
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients
- Manage the entire sales process from lead generation to closing deals
- Provide regular reports on sales activities, progress, and challenges
- Stay updated on market trends, competitors, and customer needs

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales management, preferably in the African market
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Strong leadership abilities and ability to motivate a team
- Fluent in English (both written and spoken)
- Willingness to relocate to St-Petersburg, Russia
