We are hiring a qualified Finisher to join our team in Chelyabinsk, Russia. As a Finisher, you will be responsible for applying finishing touches to various surfaces and materials. This job is suitable for men with experience in finishing and does not require English proficiency. Accommodation will not be provided.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare surfaces for finishing by cleaning, sanding, or filling in imperfections
- Apply paint, varnish, or other finishes to surfaces using appropriate tools and techniques
- Ensure that finishes are applied evenly and without drips or streaks
- Use masking tape or other methods to protect areas from being finished
- Mix and match paints or stains to achieve desired color or finish
- Maintain and clean tools and equipment after use
- Follow safety guidelines when handling hazardous materials
- Communicate with team members regarding project progress and any issues that may arise

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Finisher or in a related role
- Knowledge of different types of finishes and their application techniques
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints or design specifications
- Physical stamina to stand for long periods of time and perform repetitive tasks
- Attention to detail with an eye for quality workmanship
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team

Salary:
The salary for this position is 1400$ per month.
