We are currently seeking a skilled Carpenter to join our team in Washington. As a Carpenter, you will be responsible for constructing, installing, and repairing structures and fixtures made of wood, plywood, and wallboard. This is a contract job with a monthly salary of $1100. Accommodation will be provided for the duration of the contract, and we are open to providing visa sponsorship for qualified candidates. Key Responsibilities:
- Measure and mark cutting lines on materials according to blueprints or specifications
- Install structures and fixtures such as windows, frames, floorings, trim, and cabinets
- Follow safety procedures at all times while using hand and power tools
- Inspect and replace damaged framework or other structures
- Collaborate with other construction professionals to ensure project completion within deadlines

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Carpenter or similar role
- Excellent understanding of carpentry techniques and methods
- Ability to read blueprints and drawings
- Familiarity with woodworking tools such as saws, drills, planes, etc.
- Physically fit with good hand-eye coordination
