Merchandising Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Merchandising Specialist to join our team in Triesen, Liechtenstein. As a Merchandising Specialist, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing product displays and layouts in our retail stores. This is a full-time position with a competitive salary of $1300 per month, including accommodation.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement merchandising strategies to increase sales and enhance customer experience.
- Collaborate with buyers and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of products.
- Monitor inventory levels and make recommendations for restocking.
- Analyze sales data to identify trends and make informed decisions about product placement.
- Train store staff on visual merchandising techniques and standards.
- Conduct regular store visits to ensure compliance with merchandising guidelines.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitors' strategies.
- Communicate effectively with all departments to ensure efficient execution of merchandising plans.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business or related field.
- Minimum of 2 years experience in visual merchandising or retail management.
- In-depth knowledge of retail operations, including inventory management, pricing strategies, and customer behavior.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales data and make strategic decisions.
- Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus).
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
