Baker - Contract Position


A well-established bakery in Karachi is seeking a skilled Baker to join our team on a contract basis. The ideal candidate will have experience working as a Baker in a professional setting and will have the ability to work independently and efficiently. This is a contract position with a salary of 1100$ per month and includes accommodation.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare and bake a variety of breads, cakes, pastries, and other baked goods according to recipes
- Decorate baked goods with icing, glazes, and toppings as needed
- Ensure proper ingredients are used and measurements are accurate
- Monitor oven temperatures and adjust accordingly for optimal baking results
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of work area
- Follow all health and safety regulations in the kitchen

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years experience working as a Baker in a professional setting
- Knowledge of baking techniques, ingredients, and equipment
- Ability to read and follow recipes accurately
- Attention to detail for decorating baked goods
- Strong time management skills to ensure products are ready on time for customers
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Must be able to lift heavy objects (up to 50 lbs) and stand for long periods of time

Preference will be given to candidates who have completed formal training or certification in baking. Accommodation will be provided for the duration of the contract.
