Turner Technician

We are looking for an experienced Turner Technician to join our team in Washington. As a Turner Technician, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining various turning machines to produce precision parts according to specifications. This role is suitable for men with experience in the field.

Responsibilities:
- Operate and maintain turning machines such as lathes, milling machines, and grinders
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings
- Set up and adjust machines to ensure proper performance
- Monitor machine operations and make adjustments as needed
- Inspect finished products for quality assurance
- Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that may arise during the production process
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient production flow

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Turner or in a similar role
- Proficiency in reading technical drawings and using measuring tools such as calipers and micrometers
- Knowledge of different types of turning machines and their functions
- Ability to troubleshoot mechanical issues
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods of time and lift heavy objects if needed

Salary: $1300 per month (negotiable based on experience)
