Our luxury hotel in Atlanta is seeking a dynamic and experienced Hotel Sales Manager to join our team. This role requires strong sales skills and a proven track record in the hospitality industry. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as a passion for providing exceptional customer service. As the Hotel Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to drive revenue and increase occupancy rates. This position offers a salary of $1400 per month, with visa sponsorship available for qualified candidates.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue goals
- Identify new business opportunities and establish relationships with potential clients
- Maintain positive relationships with existing clients and ensure their satisfaction
- Prepare proposals, contracts, and presentations for potential clients
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to stay ahead of the competition
- Collaborate with other departments (e.g. marketing, operations) to ensure a cohesive approach to sales efforts
- Attend industry events and networking opportunities to promote the hotel

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field preferred
- Minimum of 3 years experience in hotel sales or a similar role
- Strong knowledge of sales techniques and strategies in the hospitality industry
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Fluency in English (additional languages are a plus)
- Must be legally eligible to work in the US
