Hotel Sales Manager - Atlanta, USA
Our luxury hotel in Atlanta is seeking a highly driven and experienced Hotel Sales Manager to join our dynamic team. As the Hotel Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales and revenue for the hotel through developing and implementing strategic sales plans. You will also be responsible for managing a team of sales associates and ensuring their success in meeting sales targets.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet or exceed revenue targets
- Prospect new business opportunities and maintain relationships with existing clients
- Conduct market research to identify potential new markets and business opportunities
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure all aspects of the hotel are meeting the needs of clients
- Manage a team of sales associates, providing guidance, training, and support as needed
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to continually improve sales strategies
- Prepare reports on sales performance and present them to upper management
- Participate in industry events and networking opportunities to promote the hotel
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing or related field preferred
- Minimum 3 years experience in hotel sales management
- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Strong leadership abilities with experience managing a team
- Knowledge of market trends and competitive landscape
- Ability to travel as needed
We offer a competitive salary of $1800 per month plus commission on sales. This position is open to all nationalities but fluency in English is required.
