Retail Sales Associate


Our growing retail company in Medina is looking for a motivated and customer-oriented Retail Sales Associate to join our team. As a Retail Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, promoting and selling our products, and ensuring the store is clean and well-stocked. This is a part-time position with a starting salary of 1100$ per month.

Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Provide product information and make recommendations to customers
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently
- Maintain knowledge of current sales and promotions
- Ensure shelves are stocked and visually appealing
- Keep the store clean, organized, and presentable at all times
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; some college preferred
- Previous retail or customer service experience preferred
- Excellent communication skills in English; ability to speak other languages is a plus
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly demeanor
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Basic math skills for processing transactions
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
