We are seeking a highly skilled Network and Systems Administrator to join our team in Vianden. As a key member of our IT department, you will be responsible for maintaining and enhancing our network and systems infrastructure to ensure seamless operation for our business.

Responsibilities:
- Design, implement, and maintain network infrastructure including switches, routers, firewalls, VPNs, and wireless networks
- Monitor network performance and security, troubleshoot issues, and implement necessary solutions
- Manage user accounts, permissions, email accounts, and group policies on Windows servers
- Install, configure, and maintain server hardware and software including virtualization platforms
- Conduct regular backups and disaster recovery planning to ensure data protection
- Stay up-to-date with latest technology trends and make recommendations for improvement of network and systems infrastructure

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Network or Systems Administrator
- Proficient in Windows server administration (Active Directory/DNS/DHCP)
- Experience with virtualization platforms (VMware/Hyper-V)
- Strong knowledge of networking protocols (TCP/IP/VPN)
- Familiarity with backup solutions (Veeam/Backup Exec)
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to troubleshooting
