Research Scientist - Artificial Intelligence


We are hiring a Research Scientist with a strong background in Artificial Intelligence to join our team in Chelyabinsk, Russia. As a Research Scientist, you will be responsible for conducting research and developing new algorithms and models to advance the field of AI.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct research and experiments to develop new AI algorithms and models
- Analyze large datasets to identify patterns and improve existing AI systems
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement AI solutions in various projects
- Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in AI and apply them to our research projects
- Write technical reports and present findings to both technical and non-technical stakeholders

Requirements:
- Master's or PhD in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field
- Strong understanding of machine learning techniques and algorithms
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or C++
- Experience with deep learning frameworks such as TensorFlow or PyTorch
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to think creatively
- Fluent in English; knowledge of Russian is a plus
