Entry Level Machine Operator
Location: Kaunas, Lithuania


We are in need of a skilled and motivated entry level machine operator to join our growing team in Kaunas. As a machine operator, you will be responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining various machines to produce high-quality products. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1300$ per month.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare machines for production by loading materials, adjusting settings, and performing test runs
- Operate machines to produce products according to specifications and quality standards
- Monitor machines during operation to ensure proper functioning and make adjustments as needed
- Conduct regular maintenance on machines to ensure optimal performance
- Troubleshoot issues that may arise during production and resolve them in a timely manner
- Keep detailed records of production runs and any issues that occur
- Follow all safety protocols and maintain a clean work area

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; technical training or certification in machine operation preferred
- Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment is a plus but not required
- Ability to read and interpret technical documents
- Basic math skills for measuring materials and performing calculations
- Good mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
- Must be able to stand for long periods of time and lift up to 50 pounds
- Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends if needed
