Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in architectural design
- Extensive knowledge of building codes and regulations
- Strong proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and other design software
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven track record of successfully completing projects on time and within budget

Responsibilities:
- Lead project teams in the development of architectural designs from conception to completion
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and develop design solutions that meet their requirements
- Prepare detailed drawings, models, and presentations for client approval
- Oversee the production of construction documents and coordinate with engineers to ensure compliance with building codes
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress and resolve any issues that may arise during construction
- Mentor junior staff members and provide guidance as needed

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of $1100 per month for this position. Visa sponsorship is available for qualified candidates.
