Hotel Sales Manager - Akron, USA
We are hiring a Hotel Sales Manager to join our team in Akron, USA. As a Hotel Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales and revenue for our hotel. Your main goal will be to attract and retain guests by implementing effective sales strategies and building strong relationships with potential clients.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to increase revenue and occupancy for the hotel
- Identify potential clients through market research and networking events
- Build strong relationships with corporate clients, travel agencies, and other potential sources of business
- Negotiate contracts and rates with clients to ensure maximum profitability for the hotel
- Collaborate with marketing team to create promotional offers and packages
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to adjust sales strategies accordingly
- Train and motivate the sales team to meet or exceed sales targets
- Prepare monthly reports on sales performance, revenue, and market trends
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management or related field preferred
- Minimum of 3 years experience in hotel sales management role
- Knowledge of current market trends in the hospitality industry
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Strong networking abilities
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
Salary:
This position offers a salary of $1100 per month.
