Concierge Assistant

We are seeking a highly organized and friendly individual to join our team as a Concierge Assistant in Akron. As a Concierge Assistant, you will be responsible for assisting the concierge in providing excellent customer service to guests and residents. This includes answering inquiries, making reservations, and coordinating services such as transportation and dining reservations. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, and a positive attitude. No previous experience is required, but proficiency in English is necessary. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to start their career in the hospitality industry. Salary for this position is $1500 per month. Nepali-speaking candidates are preferred, but all applicants are welcome to apply.
