As a Construction Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of construction projects from start to finish. This includes managing budgets, schedules, and ensuring all safety and quality standards are met.

Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and coordinate all phases of construction projects.
- Manage project budgets and ensure cost efficiency.
- Create project schedules and monitor progress.
- Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and quality standards.
- Negotiate contracts with subcontractors and suppliers.
- Communicate with clients on project updates and address any issues that arise.
- Supervise construction workers and provide guidance as needed.
- Conduct regular site visits to ensure project is on track.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years experience as a Construction Manager.
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and safety procedures.
- Ability to read blueprints and interpret technical documents.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well with others.
- Proven track record of successfully managing multiple projects simultaneously.
