Senior Construction Manager


As a Senior Construction Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the construction process from start to finish. You will work closely with architects, engineers, contractors, and other professionals to ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. This position requires strong leadership skills as well as technical expertise in the construction industry.

Responsibilities:
- Develop project plans and timelines
- Coordinate with architects and engineers to ensure designs are feasible and meet all necessary requirements
- Oversee procurement of materials and equipment
- Manage construction budget and track expenses
- Hire and supervise contractors and subcontractors
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations
- Communicate with clients to provide updates on project progress
- Resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise during construction process
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and address any concerns

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field (Master's degree preferred)
- At least 5 years of experience in construction management role
- Strong knowledge of building codes, regulations, and safety standards
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to read blueprints and understand technical drawings
- Experience managing budgets and tracking expenses
- Proven leadership skills and ability to manage multiple teams simultaneously
- Attention to detail and strong problem-solving abilities

Location: Shan (Preference for candidates who are already located in Shan or willing to relocate)

Salary: $1400 per month (Negotiable based on experience)
