Restaurant Manager (Balzers)


The Restaurant Manager will oversee the daily operations of our upscale restaurant located in the charming city of Balzers. This role requires a dynamic individual with experience in the food and beverage industry, excellent organizational and leadership skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities:
- Manage and supervise all aspects of the restaurant, including staff scheduling, training, and performance evaluations
- Ensure high-quality food and beverage service is consistently provided to guests
- Oversee inventory management, ordering, and stock control
- Monitor daily sales and expenses to maintain profitability
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract new customers and increase revenue
- Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming atmosphere for guests and employees
- Handle customer complaints or concerns in a professional manner
- Collaborate with chefs to create innovative menus that meet customer demands while maximizing profits
- Conduct regular meetings with staff to communicate goals, expectations, and provide feedback

Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years experience in restaurant management or a similar role
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to lead and motivate a team
- Strong understanding of food safety regulations and best practices in food preparation/storage
- Proficient in inventory management software systems
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
- Fluent in English with strong communication skills
- Must be detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding financial targets

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of $1400 per month plus bonuses based on performance.
