Head Baker


We are in search of a skilled and experienced Head Baker to join our team in Faisalabad. As the Head Baker, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of our bakery operations. This is a full-time position with a salary of $900.

Responsibilities:
- Create and execute menu plans for baked goods, including breads, pastries, and desserts
- Supervise and train other bakers in the preparation and baking process
- Ensure high quality standards are met for all baked goods
- Monitor and maintain inventory levels for baking supplies and ingredients
- Oversee food safety and sanitation procedures in the bakery
- Develop new recipes and innovate existing ones to keep up with market trends
- Collaborate with other departments to coordinate special orders or events

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a baker, preferably in a leadership role
- Strong knowledge of baking techniques, principles, ingredients, and equipment
- Ability to operate commercial baking equipment such as mixers, ovens, etc.
- Excellent time management skills to ensure timely production of baked goods
- Attention to detail and high standards for food quality
- Ability to work flexible hours including early mornings, weekends, and holidays
- Biometric passport required for international travel
