We are seeking a skilled and creative Junior Industrial Architect to join our team in Monte-Carlo. As a Junior Industrial Architect, you will be responsible for designing and developing industrial buildings and facilities. Key Responsibilities:

- Work closely with senior architects to develop design concepts for industrial buildings and facilities.
- Create detailed plans, drawings, and specifications for construction projects.
- Conduct site visits and surveys to gather information and assess project feasibility.
- Collaborate with engineers, contractors, and other professionals throughout the construction process.
- Monitor project progress and ensure compliance with building codes and regulations.
- Prepare cost estimates and budgets for projects.
- Stay updated on industry trends, materials, and technologies.

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field.
- Knowledge of architectural design principles, building codes, and regulations.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit or other design software.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work well in a team.
- Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Experience with industrial or commercial construction projects.
- Familiarity with sustainability principles in architecture.
- Fluency in French or Italian.

Salary: $1600 per month
