We are in search of a skilled and experienced Industrial Architect to join our dynamic team in Monte-Carlo. As an Industrial Architect, you will be responsible for designing and planning industrial structures and facilities, including factories, warehouses, and production plants. Your role will involve creating detailed technical drawings and blueprints, conducting site visits to gather information for designs, and collaborating with engineers and construction teams to ensure successful project completion.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years experience as an Industrial Architect
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and other architectural design software
- Strong understanding of industrial materials, building codes, and safety regulations
- Excellent communication and project management skills
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team

Responsibilities:
- Develop conceptual designs for industrial structures based on client needs and specifications
- Create detailed architectural drawings using AutoCAD or other design software
- Conduct site visits to gather information for designs and ensure compliance with building codes and safety regulations
- Present design plans to clients and make necessary revisions based on feedback
- Collaborate with engineers, construction teams, and other professionals to ensure successful project completion within budget constraints
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, advancements in technology, and changes in building codes
