Commercial Architect - Fonvieille, France



As a Commercial Architect, you will be responsible for designing and overseeing the construction of commercial buildings in Fonvieille, France. In this role, you will work closely with clients to understand their needs and create functional and aesthetically pleasing spaces that meet their requirements. You will also collaborate with contractors and engineers to ensure the successful completion of projects.

Responsibilities:
- Meet with clients to discuss project requirements and develop design proposals
- Create detailed drawings and specifications for commercial building projects
- Collaborate with contractors and engineers to ensure designs are feasible and meet building codes
- Oversee the construction process to ensure adherence to design plans and quality standards
- Monitor project progress and make necessary adjustments to meet deadlines
- Conduct site visits to inspect construction progress and address any issues that arise
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends, materials, and technologies to incorporate into designs
- Manage project budgets and communicate any changes or issues to clients

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field (Master's degree preferred)
- Minimum of 5 years of experience working as an architect, preferably in commercial projects
- Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, or other design software
- Strong understanding of building codes, zoning laws, and construction processes
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively present ideas and concepts to clients, contractors, and team members
- Strong project management skills with the ability to multitask and meet tight deadlines
- Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills
