Construction Manager

As a Construction Manager in Vianden, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of construction projects from start to finish. This includes planning, organizing, and overseeing the construction process to ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. You will also be responsible for managing a team of contractors and subcontractors, ensuring their work is in compliance with building codes and regulations.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop project plans and timelines
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, and contractors
- Obtain necessary permits and licenses
- Monitor construction progress and make necessary adjustments
- Ensure compliance with building codes and safety regulations
- Manage project budget and expenses
- Review project plans and specifications for accuracy
- Hire and manage contractors/subcontractors
- Conduct site visits to ensure quality control
- Communicate regularly with clients regarding project updates

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field
- Proven experience as a Construction Manager
- In-depth knowledge of construction processes, materials, and equipment
- Familiarity with building codes and safety regulations
- Strong leadership skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to multitask and prioritize

Salary: 1500$ per month
