Senior Architect

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Architect to join our team in Utena. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in architecture, with at least 5 years of experience in a similar role. They should possess exceptional design skills and be able to lead and manage projects from conception to completion.

Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage architectural projects from start to finish, including design, planning, budgeting, and construction.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and develop design concepts that meet their requirements.
- Create detailed drawings and models using computer-aided design (CAD) software.
- Oversee the work of junior architects, providing guidance and mentorship as needed.
- Conduct site visits to ensure that designs are being implemented correctly.
- Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in technology to incorporate into designs.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as an architect.
- Proficient in CAD software.
- Strong leadership and project management skills.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with a team.
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask.

Salary: $900 per month.
