Surveyor in Bungoma, India


We are seeking a skilled and experienced Surveyor to join our team in Bungoma, India. As a Surveyor, you will be responsible for conducting surveys and measurements of land, buildings, and other structures to determine property boundaries and assist with construction projects.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct surveys using specialized equipment such as total stations, GPS receivers, and laser scanners
- Analyze survey data and prepare reports for clients
- Create maps and drawings using computer-aided design (CAD) software
- Collaborate with engineers, architects, and other professionals to ensure accurate survey results
- Monitor construction projects to ensure adherence to plans and specifications
- Provide recommendations for land use and development based on survey findings
- Keep accurate records of surveys and maintain equipment in good working condition

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in surveying or related field preferred
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Surveyor
- Strong knowledge of surveying principles, techniques, and equipment
- Proficiency in CAD software and other surveying tools
- Ability to read blueprints and interpret technical drawings
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work well with others
- Attention to detail and ability to work independently with minimal supervision

Salary: $1100/month (negotiable based on experience)
