IT Manager
We are hiring an experienced IT Manager to oversee our technology operations and ensure the smooth functioning of our systems. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in information technology and management, with a proven track record of successful project implementation and team leadership. In this role, you will be responsible for managing our company's network infrastructure, implementing security protocols, and staying up-to-date with the latest technological advancements. You will also be responsible for managing a team of IT professionals and ensuring their training and development. Salary: 1600$ per month.
Location: Shan, Canada.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee the company's IT operations, including hardware, software, networks, and security.
- Develop and implement IT policies and procedures to ensure efficient use of resources.
- Manage the company's network infrastructure to ensure smooth functioning.
- Implement security protocols to protect company data from cyber threats.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest technological advancements and make recommendations for their implementation.
- Manage a team of IT professionals, providing guidance, training, and development opportunities.
- Collaborate with other departments to identify technology needs and develop solutions that meet business objectives.
- Monitor system performance to identify areas for improvement and implement necessary changes.
- Oversee the procurement of new hardware or software as needed.
- Ensure compliance with legal regulations regarding data protection.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years experience in information technology management.
- Proven track record of successful project implementation and team leadership.
- Strong knowledge of network infrastructure, security protocols, and current technological trends.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with different departments within the company.
- Ability to think strategically and solve complex problems.
- Prior experience managing a team and providing training and development.
- Good understanding of legal regulations regarding data protection.
- Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced environment.
- Canadian citizenship or valid work permit for Canada.
