Job Title: Heavy Equipment Operator


We are in need of a skilled Heavy Equipment Operator to join our team in Shan, India. As an Equipment Operator, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining heavy machinery such as bulldozers, excavators, loaders, and backhoes. Your main duties will include digging trenches, lifting and moving materials, and ensuring the safe and efficient operation of the equipment. You must have experience operating various types of heavy equipment and possess a valid operator's license. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1300$, without accommodation provided. Visa sponsorship is available for all genders.

Responsibilities:
- Operate heavy machinery safely and efficiently according to project specifications
- Perform routine maintenance on equipment to ensure proper functioning
- Manage materials and ensure they are distributed accurately
- Follow safety protocols at all times to prevent accidents
- Communicate with team members to coordinate tasks and complete projects on time
- Keep work area clean and organized

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Minimum of 2 years experience operating heavy equipment in a construction setting
- Valid operator's license for the specific type of machinery being operated
- Ability to read blueprints and follow project specifications
- Physically fit with the ability to lift heavy materials and work in various weather conditions
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication skills
