We are hiring a skilled and experienced Heavy Equipment Operator to join our team in Shan, China. As an Equipment Operator, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining various types of heavy equipment such as bulldozers, excavators, and loaders. Your role will involve working on construction sites to perform tasks such as digging, grading, and moving materials. This is a contract position with a salary of 1600$, with the possibility of visa sponsorship for foreign applicants. Responsibilities:
- Operate heavy equipment following safety guidelines and procedures
- Inspect equipment before use and report any malfunctions or damages
- Perform routine maintenance on equipment to ensure proper functioning
- Follow project plans and instructions from supervisors
- Safely transport materials using the appropriate equipment
- Excavate, grade, level, and move materials as instructed
- Communicate effectively with team members to ensure a smooth workflow

Requirements:
- At least 2 years of experience operating heavy equipment in a construction setting
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Ability to read construction plans and follow instructions accurately
- Physically fit with the ability to work in all weather conditions and lift up to 50 pounds
- Strong attention to detail and safety protocols

Preferred:
- Experience operating multiple types of heavy equipment
- Bilingual in Mandarin Chinese and English
- Certification in heavy equipment operation
