As an Office Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the administrative and operational functions of our office in Monte-Carlo. Your main duties will include managing schedules, coordinating meetings, organizing office events, and maintaining office equipment and supplies. You will also be responsible for managing communication with clients and suppliers, handling financial transactions, and ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of the office.

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proven experience in office management or a related field
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks efficiently
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills

Salary: $1800 per month

Location: Monte-Carlo, Monaco

Employment Type: Part-time (20 hours per week)

Responsibilities:
- Manage schedules, appointments, and travel arrangements for employees
- Coordinate meetings, including preparing agendas and taking minutes
- Organize company events or meetings as required
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence from clients and suppliers
- Maintain office equipment and supplies inventory
- Process financial transactions such as invoices, payments, and reimbursements
- Assist with recruiting new employees by coordinating interviews and onboarding processes
- Keep track of employee attendance records
