Office Manager - Monte-Carlo (Contract)
We are seeking an efficient and organized Office Manager to join our team in Monte-Carlo. As an Office Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our office, ensuring smooth functioning and providing support to our team.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage all administrative tasks, including scheduling appointments, managing calendars and organizing meetings
- Ensure timely and accurate completion of all office tasks, such as handling correspondence, filing documents and maintaining records
- Manage office supplies inventory and order new supplies when needed
- Coordinate with vendors and service providers for maintenance and repairs of office equipment
- Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations and other business documents
- Handle incoming calls and emails, responding promptly to inquiries or redirecting to the appropriate person
- Support recruitment efforts by screening resumes and organizing interviews
- Maintain a clean and organized office environment
Requirements:
- Prior experience as an Office Manager or similar role preferred but not required
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Strong communication skills (both written and verbal)
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Fluency in English (French proficiency is a plus)
- Must have a valid biometric passport
Salary:
The salary for this contract position is $1100 per month.

This position is based in Monte-Carlo.
