Indian Executive Chef
We are currently seeking a talented and experienced Indian Executive Chef to join our team in Ar-Ruwais. As an Executive Chef, you will be responsible for overseeing the kitchen operations and ensuring the highest quality of food is consistently served to our guests.
Requirements:
- Must be of Indian nationality
- Salary: 1100$
- Must be able to work in Ar-Ruwais
- No English language proficiency required
- Previous experience as an executive chef is not required
- Must have a valid visa to work in Ar-Ruwais
Responsibilities:
- Plan and create menus that showcase traditional Indian cuisine while incorporating modern twists
- Oversee all kitchen operations, including food preparation, cooking, and plating
- Train and supervise kitchen staff to ensure high-quality dishes are prepared consistently
- Manage inventory and control costs by minimizing waste
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Collaborate with other departments to create special menus for events or promotions
- Continuously stay updated on current food trends and make adjustments to menu items as needed
Qualifications:
- Previous experience working in a busy kitchen environment
- A strong passion for Indian cuisine and the ability to create innovative dishes
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and train a team
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Knowledge of food safety regulations
