Executive Chef - Indian Cuisine (Ar-Ruwais, UAE)
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Indian Executive Chef to join our team in Ar-Ruwais, UAE. As the Executive Chef, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our Indian cuisine kitchen operations, including menu planning, food preparation, and managing a team of chefs and kitchen staff. Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and create innovative menus featuring authentic Indian dishes
- Ensure high-quality food production and presentation at all times
- Train, supervise, and mentor kitchen staff on proper cooking techniques and food safety standards
- Manage inventory levels and control food costs
- Collaborate with management to plan special events or promotions featuring Indian cuisine
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations
Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years experience as an Executive Chef specializing in Indian cuisine
- Strong knowledge of Indian spices, ingredients, and cooking techniques
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to train and motivate a team
- Proven track record of menu development and successful implementation
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Fluent in English (knowledge of Arabic is a plus)
- Valid work visa for UAE (sponsorship available)
Salary: AED 900 per month (without accommodation)
