Network and Systems Administrator

A growing IT company is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Network and Systems Administrator to join our team in Washington. As a Network and Systems Administrator, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining our company's network infrastructure, as well as ensuring the smooth operation of our systems. This position requires strong technical knowledge of network and system administration, as well as excellent problem-solving skills. The ideal candidate will also have strong communication skills and the ability to work independently.

Responsibilities:
- Design, implement, and maintain the company's network infrastructure
- Troubleshoot network issues and provide timely resolutions
- Monitor network performance and make necessary adjustments to ensure optimal operation
- Manage user accounts, permissions, email accounts, and access rights
- Conduct regular backups of data to ensure data security
- Install new software releases, system upgrades, patches, and evaluate/test new technologies
- Provide technical support to users in person or remotely
- Document network configurations, processes, and procedures

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in network and systems administration
- Strong knowledge of networking concepts such as routing protocols, VLANs, VPNs, etc.
- Experience with Windows/Linux operating systems
- Familiarity with virtualization technologies (VMware/Hyper-V)
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Good communication skills in English

Salary:
1100$ per month with accommodation provided. Free visa sponsorship and air ticket also included.
