Team Lead - Project Management



We are hiring a motivated and experienced Team Lead to join our growing project management team in Los Angeles. As the Team Lead, you will be responsible for overseeing a team of project managers and ensuring successful completion of projects within budget and on time. This role requires strong leadership skills, excellent communication, and a keen eye for detail.

Responsibilities:
- Manage a team of project managers, providing guidance and support to ensure successful completion of projects
- Create project plans, assign tasks and deadlines, and monitor progress to ensure timely delivery
- Communicate with clients to understand project requirements and provide regular updates on progress
- Identify potential risks or issues and develop contingency plans to mitigate them
- Monitor budget expenses to ensure projects are completed within budget
- Conduct performance evaluations for team members and provide training or support when needed
- Foster a positive work environment that promotes teamwork, collaboration, and accountability

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
- Proven experience as a project manager or team lead in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide team members towards success
- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Proficient in project management software such as Trello or Asana
- Experience working with clients from diverse backgrounds is an asset

We offer competitive salary of $1100 per month along with accommodation. This is a full-time position with the possibility for growth within our company. Candidates must have their own valid visa to work in the United States.
