We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Hotel Sales Manager to join our team at our luxury hotel in Multan. As the Hotel Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to drive revenue and increase occupancy rates.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue goals
- Build and maintain relationships with corporate clients, travel agents, event planners, and other potential business partners
- Conduct market analysis to identify new opportunities for business growth
- Work closely with the marketing team to create promotional packages and campaigns
- Attend industry events, trade shows, and conferences to network and promote the hotel
- Monitor market trends, competitive set performance, and guest feedback to make strategic pricing decisions
- Train and develop the sales team to ensure they have the necessary knowledge and skills to effectively sell the hotel's services
- Collaborate with other departments such as reservations, revenue management, and operations to ensure smooth execution of sales strategies

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing or related field
- Minimum of 3 years experience in hotel sales management or a similar role
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and networking skills
- Strong understanding of market trends in the hospitality industry
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Ability to travel as needed for client meetings or industry events

We offer a competitive salary of 1500$ per month plus commission on sales. Please note that this position does not include accommodation or visa sponsorship. Candidates must have their own valid visa for employment.
