We are currently looking for a skilled Welder to join our team in Al-Rayyan. As a Welder, you will be responsible for welding metal parts together using various welding techniques and equipment. Your main duties will include reading blueprints and drawings, determining the appropriate materials and equipment needed for each project, and preparing the materials by cutting, shaping, and cleaning them.

To be successful in this role, you should have previous experience working as a Welder and possess strong knowledge of welding techniques such as MIG, TIG, and stick welding. You should also have excellent attention to detail and the ability to interpret technical drawings. Additionally, you must be physically fit and able to work with heavy materials while adhering to safety protocols.

Responsibilities:
- Read blueprints and technical drawings to determine project requirements
- Select the appropriate welding technique based on the type of metal being used
- Prepare materials by cutting, shaping, and cleaning them
- Set up welding equipment correctly for each job
- Operate various welding tools such as MIG, TIG, and stick welders
- Inspect welds for accuracy and quality control
- Follow safety procedures at all times
- Maintain a clean work area

Requirements:
- Proven experience working as a Welder
- Strong knowledge of different welding techniques (MIG, TIG, stick)
- Ability to read technical drawings and blueprints
- Familiarity with various types of metal materials
- Physically fit with the ability to lift heavy materials
- Attention to detail with good hand-eye coordination
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Adherence to safety protocols at all times
