Construction Manager - Salalah, Oman


We are seeking a skilled and experienced Construction Manager to oversee our upcoming projects in Salalah, Oman. As a Construction Manager, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of the construction process, from planning and budgeting to supervising and coordinating on-site activities.

Responsibilities:
- Develop project plans and schedules, ensuring timely completion within budget
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure smooth execution of projects
- Oversee daily operations on construction sites, including managing labor force and materials
- Monitor progress of projects and make necessary adjustments to ensure quality and efficiency
- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with safety regulations and project specifications
- Communicate regularly with clients to provide updates on project progress and address any concerns or issues that may arise
- Manage project budgets, including tracking expenses and making cost-effective decisions to stay within budget constraints
- Prepare reports on project status, including progress updates, budget analysis, and any potential delays or challenges

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
- Minimum of 5 years experience in construction management or similar role
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, building codes, safety regulations, and quality standards
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to manage a diverse team effectively
- Proven track record of successfully completing construction projects on time and within budget
- Ability to read blueprints and understand technical drawings
- Excellent communication skills with fluency in English
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Valid driver's license

This is a contract position open for both Omani nationals as well as foreigners. Candidates must have their own visa. Freshers are welcome to apply but experience in construction management is preferred.

Salary: 1800$ per month (negotiable based on experience)
