Restaurant Manager

We are a fast-paced restaurant in Nizwa, looking for an experienced and highly motivated Restaurant Manager to join our team. As a Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the restaurant including managing staff, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining quality standards.

Responsibilities:
- Hire, train, and manage staff members
- Create employee schedules and monitor their performance
- Oversee daily operations and ensure smooth functioning of the restaurant
- Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction by providing excellent service
- Handle customer complaints in a professional and timely manner
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed
- Ensure adherence to food safety and sanitation standards
- Develop and implement cost-control measures to improve profitability
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to create new menu items and specials
- Manage budgets, sales goals, and expenses

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar role preferred
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage a team effectively
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of food safety regulations
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in English
- Indian nationality preferred
