Waiter/Waitress

We are looking for an experienced Waiter/Waitress to join our team at a busy restaurant in Isa Town. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a similar role and be able to provide excellent customer service with a friendly and professional demeanor. They must be able to work full-time and have a flexible schedule, including weekends and evenings. Accommodation, free visa, and ticket will be provided for the right candidate.

Responsibilities:
- Greet customers and take their orders
- Ensure timely delivery of food and drinks
- Provide menu recommendations and answer any questions
- Take accurate orders and communicate them to the kitchen staff
- Handle cash transactions and process payments
- Maintain cleanliness of tables, chairs, and dining area
- Assist with setting up tables and restocking supplies
- Resolve customer complaints or concerns in a timely manner
- Collaborate with other staff members to provide an enjoyable dining experience for customers

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a waiter/waitress preferred
- Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus)
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions
- Strong multitasking abilities
- Customer-oriented attitude
- Flexibility to work weekends, evenings, and holidays
