Collections Specialist


As a Collections Specialist, you will be responsible for managing and collecting on outstanding debts from clients. You will be based in Dubrovnik and will work with a diverse range of clients, including those from India. This is an urgent position that requires a high level of attention to detail, strong communication skills, and the ability to work under pressure.

Key Responsibilities:
- Contacting clients via phone, email, or letter to collect on overdue payments
- Negotiating payment plans and settlements with clients
- Investigating and resolving any payment discrepancies or disputes
- Maintaining accurate records of all collection activities and communication with clients
- Providing regular updates on collection efforts to management
- Working closely with other departments such as accounting and sales to resolve any outstanding issues
- Ensuring compliance with company policies and legal requirements in all collection activities

Requirements:
- At least 2 years of experience in collections or a similar role
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to handle difficult conversations with clients professionally and effectively
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with collections software is preferred but not required

Salary:
The salary for this position is 1700$ per month.

Location:
This position is based in Dubrovnik, Croatia.

Language Requirements:
Fluency in English is required for this position. Knowledge of Indian languages would be an asset but is not mandatory.
