ESL Teacher - Washington, USA

This is a contract position with a competitive salary of 1300$ per month and accommodation provided.

Responsibilities:
- Plan and deliver effective and interactive lessons that cater to the language needs of students from diverse cultural backgrounds
- Utilize a variety of teaching methods, materials, and resources to enhance student learning
- Create personalized learning plans for students to ensure their progress and success in English language acquisition
- Assess student progress through regular evaluations and provide feedback to students and parents/guardians
- Collaborate with other teachers to create a cohesive curriculum that meets the educational goals of the institution

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Education or related field
- Teaching experience (preferred)
- TESOL or TEFL certification (preferred)
- Native or near-native English proficiency
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
