Electrician Supervisor

We are searching for an experienced Electrician Supervisor to oversee our team of electricians in Karachi, Pakistan. In this role, you will be responsible for supervising and coordinating the work of our electricians, ensuring that all projects are completed on time and to high quality standards. You will also be responsible for training and mentoring new electricians and providing technical support when needed.

As an Electrician Supervisor, you must have a strong understanding of electrical systems and be able to troubleshoot and solve complex problems. You must also have excellent communication skills in order to effectively communicate with your team and clients. Experience in a leadership or supervisory role is required, as well as a minimum of 5 years of experience as an electrician.

This is a contract position with a salary of 1700$ per month. It is suitable for men who have the necessary experience and qualifications. The company will provide free visa and ticket for the selected candidate.

Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate the work of electricians on various projects
- Ensure that all work is completed on time and meets quality standards
- Train new electricians on company policies, procedures, and best practices
- Provide technical support to electricians when needed
- Conduct regular safety inspections to ensure compliance with regulations
- Create work schedules for electricians based on project deadlines
- Order necessary materials and equipment for projects
- Communicate with clients to understand their needs and address any concerns
- Keep up-to-date with industry developments, technology advancements, and safety regulations

Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Electrician Supervisor or similar role
- Strong knowledge of electrical systems, codes, safety regulations, and best practices
- Excellent troubleshooting skills
- Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings
- Good communication skills in English (verbal & written)
- Leadership skills with the ability to motivate and mentor a team
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Physical stamina to handle the demands of the job, including working in confined spaces and at heights
- Valid electrician license/certification
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as an electrician
