Industrial Alpinism Technician

As an Industrial Alpinism Technician, you will be responsible for performing a variety of tasks at great heights, such as cleaning, painting, and maintenance work on buildings and structures. You will use climbing techniques and specialized equipment to access difficult-to-reach areas, ensuring safety protocols are followed at all times. This physically demanding role requires strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work well under pressure. Prior experience in industrial alpinism is not required as training will be provided, but a high level of physical fitness is necessary. This role offers a salary of $1400 per month and includes accommodation, a free visa, and travel expenses to Funchal. We welcome applications from individuals of all genders.

Responsibilities:
- Using climbing techniques and specialized equipment to access difficult-to-reach areas for cleaning, painting, and maintenance work
- Following safety protocols at all times to ensure the well-being of yourself and others
- Assisting with the installation and removal of industrial equipment or materials at height
- Conducting inspections to identify any potential hazards or issues that require attention
- Communicating effectively with team members and supervisors to ensure efficient completion of tasks
- Maintaining tools and equipment in good working condition
- Completing administrative tasks such as filling out reports or logging hours worked

Requirements:
- High level of physical fitness and ability to work at great heights
