Indian Concierge in Acre, Israel

Responsibilities:
- Greet guests upon arrival and assist with check-in and check-out procedures
- Provide personalized recommendations and information about local attractions, restaurants, and events
- Arrange transportation, reservations, and tickets for guests as requested
- Handle guest inquiries and complaints in a professional and timely manner
- Maintain a high level of knowledge about the hotel's facilities and services
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure guest needs are met
- Assist with special requests or arrangements for VIP guests

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a concierge or in a similar role preferred
- Fluent in English with excellent communication skills; knowledge of additional languages is a plus
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor
- Knowledge of local area attractions, events, and restaurants preferred
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Flexibility to work various shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of 1300$ per month, along with benefits including free visa sponsorship and round-trip ticket from India to Israel.
