Concierge - Guest Services Representative

As a Concierge - Guest Services Representative at our luxury hotel in Acre, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our guests. You will serve as the first point of contact for guests and assist them with their needs, ensuring they have a memorable stay.

Your main duties will include greeting and checking in guests, making reservations for restaurants and activities, arranging transportation, and providing information about local attractions. You will also handle guest complaints and resolve any issues that may arise during their stay.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be fluent in English, and possess a friendly and outgoing personality. Previous experience in the hospitality industry is preferred but not required. We are open to hiring candidates of any nationality who are authorized to work in Acre with their own visa.
