Body Repair Master

A busy auto body shop in Utena is seeking a skilled and experienced Body Repair Master to join our team. We are looking for someone with a minimum of 5 years of experience in body repair and must be able to handle all types of damage, from minor dents to major collisions. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of vehicle structures and materials, as well as proficiency in using various tools and equipment for repairs.

Responsibilities:
- Perform quality body repairs on vehicles according to manufacturer specifications
- Inspect damaged vehicles and create repair plans
- Use various hand and power tools for repairing damaged body parts
- Weld, solder, or bond metal parts together
- Ensure all work is completed within given timelines
- Communicate with customers regarding the status of their vehicle repairs
- Keep work area clean and organized

Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in body repair
- Strong knowledge of vehicle structures and materials
- Proficiency in using hand and power tools for repairs
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Detail-oriented with a focus on quality workmanship
- Good communication skills

Salary: Starting salary of $1300 per month with opportunities for growth based on performance.
