Job Title: Cashier



We are seeking a friendly and efficient cashier to join our team at our store in Los Angeles. As a cashier, you will be responsible for processing customer transactions accurately and efficiently while providing excellent customer service.

Responsibilities:
- Greet customers and provide them with a positive shopping experience
- Scan and bag items accurately and efficiently
- Accept payments in the form of cash, credit, or debit
- Count money in cash drawer at the beginning and end of each shift to ensure correct balance
- Maintain a clean and organized checkout area
- Answer customer questions and resolve any issues or complaints in a timely manner

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous cashier or retail experience preferred
- Excellent customer service skills
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment
- Must be able to stand for long periods of time and lift up to 25 pounds

Working Conditions:
This is a part-time position with flexible hours. The store is open seven days a week, so availability on weekends and evenings is required. Our company values diversity and welcomes applicants of all skill levels.

Salary:
The starting salary for this position is $1700 per month. This may increase based on experience and performance.

Location:
Our store is located in Los Angeles, but we welcome applicants from all over Canada who are eligible to work in the United States.
