Industrial Architect

We are seeking a highly skilled Industrial Architect to join our team in Shan. As an Industrial Architect, you will be responsible for designing and implementing innovative and efficient industrial buildings and structures. You will work closely with clients, engineers, and construction teams to ensure that projects meet all functional, safety, and budget requirements.

Responsibilities:
- Design industrial buildings, warehouses, factories, and other structures based on client needs and specifications
- Develop detailed plans, drawings, and models using computer-aided design (CAD) software
- Collaborate with engineers to ensure that designs meet all structural requirements
- Work with construction teams to oversee the implementation of designs on site
- Conduct site visits to assess progress and address any issues that may arise during construction
- Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in building materials and techniques

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as an Industrial Architect or in a similar role
- Proficient in CAD software and other relevant design tools
- Strong understanding of building codes, safety regulations, and zoning laws
- Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with clients, engineers, and construction teams
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment

Salary: $1300 per month (salary may vary based on experience)

City: Shan (candidates must be willing to relocate)

Preference will be given to English speaking candidates. Freshers with relevant education or experience are welcome to apply.
